By using RollerHub UK’s facilities, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
1. Risk Acknowledgement: Roller skating, hockey, and related activities carry inherent risks. Users participate at their own risk and must be aware of their personal limits and capabilities.
2. Liability Waiver: RollerHub UK, its staff, management, or associated persons shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property arising from the use of the facility unless such incidents result from direct negligence by RollerHub UK.
3. Safety Recommendation: RollerHub UK strongly recommends the use of appropriate protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, and pads to minimize the risk of injury. Users who choose not to wear safety equipment do so entirely at their own risk.
