This seminar focuses on skills that will help you effectively implement and maintain your nutrition goals in the long term. Knowing what to do is one thing; consistently doing it is another. This session is designed to bridge that gap.

If you haven’t already completed ‘Nutrition 1 – Understanding your needs’, we encourage you to book that in.

This is for you if, you know what you need but you are having trouble doing it consistently

offers a clear and insightful look at your fundamental nutritional needs and how to tailor them to your individual likes and dislikes.

My goal is for you to leave with an understanding of what you body needs and a actionable ideas you can implement immediately.

If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, please check with your doctor regardless of your answers to these questions.
