As part of your training you are likely to be more physically active than you currently are. Being more active is very safe for most people, but it is advisable for some people to check with their doctor before doing so.

If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, please check with your doctor regardless of your answers to these questions.

Please read the questions carefully and answer them honestly.

If you answer YES to any of the questions please talk to your doctor BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active, and share their advice with us so we can tailor your training appropriately.
