The second session of our two part seminar is usually held a couple of weeks after the first provides an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you’ve applied it.

We’ll catch up on your progress, address any challenges you’ve faced, and help you solidify new habits to successfully integrate these nutritional insights into your daily life.

It's a great opportunity to share ideas and recipes and pick up tips and details that can make a huge impact on your ability to stick with it.

EDGE Strength - Health Questionnaire

As part of your training you are likely to be more physically active than you currently are. Being more active is very safe for most people, but it is advisable for some people to check with their doctor before doing so.

If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, please check with your doctor regardless of your answers to these questions.

Please read the questions carefully and answer them honestly.

If you answer YES to any of the questions please talk to your doctor BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active, and share their advice with us so we can tailor your training appropriately.
